He
was a member of the INPS central advocacy, as a coordinating lawyer
of the "Special pension funds" sector. In this capacity he acted as a
consultant to the Committees of all the special substitute and
supplementary funds managed by the entity; He also carried out the
following tasks:
Professor of Social Welfare Law and Community Social Security Law at the
School of Specialization in Labor Union Law and Social Security, first
at the University of Macerata; Professor of social security law at the
University of Rome "La Sapienza", specialization school in labor law and
social security.
Lecturer in social security law at the Faculty of Economics - University
of Rome Tor Vergata. He was a consultant to the Franceschelli
Commission established in 1988 by the Minister of Labor for the Pensions
Reform, and he helped draft the reform project submitted to the
Ministry of Labor, following the consultation of the social partners.
He is a member of the Executive Council of the National Study Center for
Labor Law "Domenico Napoletano". He is a member of the Scientific
Committee and of the editorial board of the Labor Law and Social
Security Journal and is the author of publications and in-depth studies
on labor and social security.
Legal advisor to the National Inca Patronage.
Consultant of the ANPAN National Aero Navigante Personal Association)
Speaker at many seminars and conferences on social security matters.
Author of numerous publications and insights on social security matters.
In 1961 he was admitted to the bar and in 1975 he was admitted to
practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts.
